Return & Exchange Policy
- Submit Application: Contact customer service via phone or the website’s return portal, provide your order number, product issue description, and evidence. We will review within 2 business days and issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number if approved.
- Return the Product: Ship the item (with original packaging and components) to the designated U.S. return address using a trackable service. For defective/wrong items, we provide a prepaid shipping label; for personal reason returns, you cover shipping costs.
- Inspection & Processing: We inspect the product within 3 business days to verify condition and compliance with CPSC standards.
- Defective/wrong items: Process full refund (including original shipping) or exchange for the correct model, shipping the replacement within 2 business days.
- Personal reason returns: Deduct a 15% restocking fee (covers inspection, repackaging) and issue a refund for the product price (shipping costs non-refundable).
- Completion: Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days; exchanged items ship via standard shipping for free.
