Order Submission & Confirmation


  • Placing an order and completing payment constitutes a binding contract under U.S. contract law.
  • For customized RC toys, we send a design confirmation (e.g., upgrade details, color options) within 2 business days. Production starts only after your written approval.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for: insufficient inventory, pricing errors, invalid shipping information, suspected fraud, or failure to confirm customization details within 10 days.
  • Cancelled orders are fully refunded within 3 business days. Customized orders cancelled after production starts incur a 25% production fee.

Product Information & Liability


  • Product descriptions, specifications (speed, battery life, range), and images are for reference. Minor variations (e.g., color shades) are not considered defects if the product meets CPSC/ASTM F963 standards.
  • RC toy performance depends on usage conditions (e.g., terrain, weather) and skill level. We are not liable for dissatisfaction due to personal expectations or improper use.
  • Follow assembly/operation guides to avoid damage. We are not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized modifications (e.g., overclocking motors) or improper maintenance.

User Obligations


  • Provide true, accurate information (shipping address, contact details) when ordering. You are responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect information.
  • Do not resell our products for commercial purposes without written authorization.
  • Comply with local laws regarding RC toy operation (e.g., flight restrictions for RC airplanes, age limits for use).
  • Refrain from fraudulent activities (e.g., false defect claims, malicious returns). We may refuse service for repeated violations.

Intellectual Property Rights


  • All website content (product images, descriptions, logos, RC design schematics) is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may use content for personal non-commercial purposes only. No copying, modifying, or distributing content for commercial use without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability


  • To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., damage from improper use, lost enjoyment) if products meet safety standards.
  • Our total liability for direct damages does not exceed the product’s purchase price.
  • We are not liable for delays/failures caused by force majeure (natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, battery shortages) and will offer refunds or order modifications in such cases.

Dispute Resolution


  • Disputes are first resolved through friendly negotiation.
  • Unresolved disputes may be filed in courts located in Orange County, Florida, USA, governed by Florida law.
