Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam). PO box shipping is available for most RC toys (excluding oversized models).

Order Tracking
- After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier link to monitor your package.
- For customized RC toys, we send production updates (e.g., "Performance Upgrade Completed," "Ready for Shipping").
- Log in to your account to view real-time order status. Contact us if tracking is not updated for 5+ business days or if delivery is confirmed but you haven’t received the package.
Shipping Notes
- RC toys with lithium-ion batteries are shipped per DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, with proper labeling and packaging.
- Inspect the package for damage before signing for delivery. If the box is crushed or open, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately to initiate a replacement.
- Holiday peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) may delay shipping by 1-2 business days. Order early for timely delivery.
